Ubuntu 10.04&10.10安装SubtitleEditor0.38.0[Linux安全]

　　Subtitle Editor是一款编辑字幕GTK工具.可以用来编辑、改正、美化字幕,显示声波震惊,更好的同步字幕和对白.

　　Subtitle Editor 0.38.0改正了很多bug,如:

　　Fix sort subtitles

　　Opening SEP project wont open a Keyframes file automatically

　　Subtitles in MicroDVD format don’t display correct

　　Scale option doesn’t work correctly with frame-based subtitles

　　翻开终端,输入号令;

　　sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
